By creating an account or using Vtrina, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
2. Storefront & Content Responsibilities
As a creator or store owner, you are solely responsible for the products, services, images, and description content published on your storefront. Illegal goods, counterfeit items, or abusive content are strictly prohibited and subject to account termination.
3. Payment & Orders
Merchants can accept Cash on Delivery (COD) or online card payments via integrated payment gateways (such as Konnect). Vtrina facilitates payment routing but is not responsible for buyer-seller disputes outside platform policies.
4. Service Availability & Modification
Vtrina strives to ensure 99.9% uptime. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or update services to maintain platform security and reliability.
